How much does 5050BIZ membership cost?
5050BIZ membership is free. However to take full advantage as an individual, we recommend a GOLD Membership. Full featured BIZ packages are available for groups of 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100+. Customizable solutions are available, please contact sales@5050BIZ.com.

Can I join as a free member of 5050BIZ and upgrade later?
Yes, from your PROFILE tab click 'Membership Information' and visit the upgrade options.

Can I join as a GOLD member for myself and add my employees later?
Yes, however we recommend you create excitement now and get started managing your business using the online Conference Room available to BIZ Group members.

Can my entire team be on 5050BIZ?
Yes, we recommend a BIZ group membership to enable you to collaborate in the Conference Room and enjoy the secure company Bulletin, group chat and the office calendar.

How do I cancel my paid membership and become a free user again?
From your Profile tab click ‘Membership Information’ and you will see an option to cancel.

How do I change my password?
From your OFFICE, click MY PROFILE and then click the ‘Professional Information’ tab. You will find an option to change your password on this screen. Click Change Password in the lower left corner. You can also click your email address in the upper right corner to access the Change Password screen. Simply type in the old password, the new password, repeat the new password and you're done.
